1. Relation to our Green Airlines :
- Buyers(bargaining power) - they have the power to follow our price or go to other agency that give a better price than our own.
- Suppliers(bargaining power) - the supplier will increase the price for the raw materials based on the economic situation in the country. So with that, our agency have to follow their price for better quality and services.
- Competitors(Rivalry) - They will give a pressure or challenges to our agency by their offered service, quality, and price.
- Substitutes - Our planning management and working plan structure will be copied by other agency in order to get more profit and volume of the customers.
- New Entrance - The new born agency will affect our company's profit by making more promotions, and the customer curiosity in order to get a better place and ranking.
2. Competitive advantage by developing alliances :
- Alliances with Hotel, Transportation and Banking services.
- 3 in 1 package: Hotel(free breakfast and packaging services), free transportation for senior citizens to any places until reach 10 km then it will charge with low rates.
- Purchasing with CIMB credit card will give the customers a RM 10 rebate.
3. Element of uniqueness :
- 100th customer will get two free tickets for a trip to New Zealand.
- Separate section for senior citizens in the airplane with more warming services and better hospitality.
